UNSW Accommodation
The University of NSW offers a wide range of accommodation, depending on your requirements. There are catered on-campus colleges, self-catered on and off-campus apartments, private rental units in surrounding suburbs as well as numerous short-term options.
Please explore the different types of accommodation on offer below:
Self-Catered
- Accommodation Services manages the modern, fully furnished, on and off campus UNSW Student Apartments. The units are aimed at independent living for undergraduates and postgraduates including couples and families with children.
- New College Village located on lower campus at Anzac Parade, provides modern, secure, fully furnished accommodation for postgraduates and selected undergraduates.
- UniLodge, is modern, fully furnished accommodation close to campus designed to provide a secure and comfortable living environment for 230 UNSW students.
- UNSW Village will provide brand new, uniquely designed student accommodation on campus from semester one 2010. The fully furnished apartments will have cutting edge facilities and student support. On line applications are currently being processed.
Colleges - Fully Catered
The six colleges at the university provide full board accommodation for UNSW students which includes the provision of meals and a cleaning service in addition to academic and pastoral support.

Accommodation Services administers the 
There are local private hotels, motels, hostels, lodges and furnished apartments offering short term accommodation. Some of the UNSW Colleges and Unilodge also provide short term accommodation to the general public at favourable rates during university holidays. Quick Links
